Who are those people?

I've been going to the park and I noticed some strange people there sometimes. I don't know exactly how this happened and where they came from... The weather was quite good, sunny and then I noticed that some people were sitting on the grass, others on the benches talking (facing each other?!). There were a few playing some kind of game, I suppose? On the grass! All that and, believe me, they were not even holding their phones. WEIRD! They seemed happy, which I thought it was crazy, how was that possible... How can it be, no phone? Very weird people, not normal at all... Who are they?
